Payments are accepted via BACS and are due 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Fair fees
We understand that the cost of therapy is an important consideration. At Bluestar Counselling Services, our fees are set to reflect both quality and accessibility:
Professional Training & Experience – All our counsellors are insured, and members of professional bodies (such as BACP), ensuring you receive safe and ethical support.
Session Time & Preparation – Each session is 50 minutes, and your counsellor also spends time preparing resources, notes, and tailored approaches outside the session.
Flexible Options – We offer face-to-face, online, and telephone sessions, so you can choose what best fits your life.
Concessions – We keep some reduced-fee spaces available for counselling students , to make therapy more accessible.
